Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship worldwide ;)

Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE?

A: Typically I'll ship 2-3 business days, sometimes orders will go out the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: Yes! I do accept returns, all you'll need to do is pay for the return postage. If theres an error, I will personally cover the replacement shipping cost. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email me at info@cruxworldwide.com and send it back to the return address on your package with a note stating your request!

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY GOODS TO ARRIVE?

A: Shipping time depends on location. We have the rough timelines listed below, but please note that once your shipment leaves our hands, it is up to the U.S.P.S. to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Also pre-orders take longer than regular orders. 

  • United States Shipping usually arrives within 5 days or less
    CRUXWORLDWIDE is based out of Orange County, so California orders arrive quickly, and O.C. orders even faster
  • International Shipping usually takes up to 2-3 weeks

Q: IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND MY SHIPMENT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?

Q: HOW CAN I COLLAB WITH CRUXWORLDWIDE?

A: Sorry I'm not excepting any collaborations at the moment

Q: I ORDERED FROM YOU AND ONLY GOT ONE ITEM IN THE MAIL, WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

A: There are certain orders I ship separately. For example when ordering a pin and a poster, I usually ship them in two different envelopes. From past experiences, I've gotten feedback that the pins would leave indent marks on the posters when I kept them on the same envelope. Until I find a better solution I will keep them shipped individually to ensure the quality remains intact. If you only got one of the items, rest assure that the other package is on its way.  

Q: HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

A: There are certain items I do not restock, for example I don't restock enamel pins and limited edition large sized prints. I do however restock stickers. I try and restock stickers 3-4 weeks after they had been sold out. 

Q: I'VE E-MAILED YOU A COUPLE TIMES WITH NO REPLY YET, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO REACH YOU?

A: I don't have any employees that I've hired to do my customer service. I try my best to answer any questions as fast and as best as possible. If you've e-mailed me more than once and have not gotten a reply, please check your junk mail or private message me on my Instagram profile t_crux
